Greek and English verbs
Please change and correct the bad English used to describe the tenses of verbs. For example the simple past tense of "Go" is "went" not "did go"
Hi, the ‘bad English’ is used because this is primarily a Greek verb conjugator, not an English one, so we had to simplify in order to avoid having to deal with all the numerous exceptions in the English grammar. Do you think it’s really bad if itis ‘did go’, though? :/
The simple past of Go is went. "I did go" is used as an affirmative and did is an auxilliary verb to Go.
I see that you use this form on other verbs instead of the simple past.
